As a BACP registered therapist, I have accumulated hundreds of hours of firsthand experience in providing mental health support, understanding the significant impact of mental health difficulties on clients' lives. To extend my efforts in supporting the community, I volunteer as a counsellor at both Mind, a leading charity, and Kingston Bereavement Support, where I focus on therapeutic counselling.

BACP and Ethical Standards

As a BACP registered therapist and an Accredited registrant of the NCPS, I adhere to their ethical standards and framework. This commitment ensures that your therapy is confidential and safe, providing the necessary mental health support while fostering an environment that fully supports our therapeutic counselling journey together.

Additional Information

I offer a 20-minute initial telephone or video consultation where we can discuss your reasons for seeking mental health support, determine if therapeutic counselling is the right path for you, and assess if I am the right BACP registered therapist for your needs.
