Low Mood

Low mood can show up as flatness, or losing interest in things that used to matter. It can feel like an exhaustion that sleep doesn't touch, or a grey layer over everything.

Often other people can't tell. You might be getting on with work and family while feeling hollow inside, and wondering how long you can keep that up.

I'll work with you to understand what's feeding it. Sometimes it's one thing, more often it's several layered together. As we make sense of your patterns, small changes in how you think and live can start to feel possible, so you aren't left waiting for it to lift by itself.

If you're having thoughts of harming yourself, please contact your GP, call Samaritans on 116 123, or call HNS on 111.
